Evolution Group has signed on with Fill The Gap as a LINQ Consulting Partner
Fill The Gap and Evolution Group sign Partner Agreement to complement the Partner Network in NZ
On the 21st of August 2020, Fill The Gap and Evolution Group signed a Consulting Partner Agreement, allowing Evolution Group to provide services using LINQ and resell the digital twin SaaS in New Zealand.
“We’re very excited to welcome Dave and the Evolution Group to the LINQ Consulting Partner community.” says Scott Kennedy, Managing Director of Fill The Gap Limited and Master Reseller of LINQ. “What Evolution Group bring, is their focus on people. Adding LINQ to Evolution Group’s toolkit will ensure that their customers get complete visibility of the impact of any transformation on people as well as the actions they perform, systems, and information assets.
Dave Conaghan, Evolution Group Director commented that
“Often I’ll talk to businesses who have gone through a change process, where the intended benefits haven’t been realised, largely caused by not having an efficient way of modelling the impact on people, actions, information and systems. Unfortunately, it is common to see new structures created, based on perceived future needs but not appropriately tested. What attracted me to LINQ is its ability to rapidly model and test structures and their ability to effectively deliver the desired strategic outcomes. By understanding how information flows through the business, key skills and systems can’t be missed and all stakeholders become more engaged and confident that a successful outcome will result”
“Many times, over the years I’ve been asked to piece teams back together after failed restructures or botched attempts to transform (C19 “pivot”). Sourcing talent to meet head count requirements when each role could have been identified and considered prior to change being initiated, in my opinion it is an opportunity missed. I’m keen to talk to organisations about getting their future modelled and tested so that they can make evidence-based decisions rather than running on gut feel”.
LINQ is a SaaS developed in New Zealand and sold around the world that allows organisations to rapidly build a digital twin of their operations, and model alternate twins to determine impacts associated with change before any real world changes are made. Changes to Information Assets, Systems, People and Processes can all be visualised through dynamic dashboards along with financials.
Better business cases are produced, and evidence-based decisions can be made.
Their motto is invest thousands before committing millions.
One project with a large utility in the United States identified savings in excess of $5M through reduction of rework, removal of paper as a “system”, and automation of manual tasks. While a recent case study published shows document storage company DocuVault realising a $140,000 annual saving from removal of “waste” in their processes.
More about Fill The Gap and the LINQ Platform:
At Fill The Gap, we understand that there is no silver bullet for phenomenal success (if that’s what you’re looking for, there’s plenty of advice on Facebook). That’s why we start with talking to you about your business, before suggesting what’s required to get your growth curve trending upwards.
We have a team of experienced consultants ready to talk about what’s blocking your growth, and a number of tools and services at our disposal to create an improvement plan specifically tailored for you.
I see my role as far more than simply introducing a candidate to an employer. With each assignment comes the chance to help a candidate make the most of their new opportunity. To use the change as a catalyst for personal development. For employers, my aim is to exceed expectations. Each assignment is an opportunity to contribute to the exceeding of targets, driving change and/or the achievement of strategic goals.
Providing platforms for personal evolution is my passion. It’s what I do, you could say “it’s my purpose”.
Representing and recruiting the best talent across the globe for twenty years has provided an outstanding insight into what I understand to be “success” factors – Common threads which enable positive change. Researching and documenting the journeys of hundreds of people from myriad backgrounds, the formula is abundantly clear. The great news is that it’s available to everyone; yes everyone!
